Online Booking

Appointments can be booked via the online booking link.

For colour appointments, you will need to have a skin test 48 hours before your appointment if this is your first time colouring your hair or visiting Hair By Michal.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit amounting to 20% of the total hair service cost will be required when booking your appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Reschedule of appointment before 48 hours is allowed without any penalty. Cancellation made after 48 hours, you will be charged the full deposit

Privacy Policy

At Hair By Michal we take your privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We never sell your information and will only share with a third party to fulfil a service to you.

At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information relating to you. As a matter of process, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not bought any products or services from us for 5 years.

Hair Services

To provide services to you and run our business effectively, we require the minimum level of personally identifying information. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details.

We store notes relating to your appointments to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. Eg, your preferred hair style, colour formula codes.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments – these reminders may be sent from the Appointedd system. By making an appointment we consider this as consent to undertake this activity.
